Living Kinship: Who We Are

We are Weaving the Bear’s Web—a community rooted in deep love for Earth and all Her beings. Through outdoor education programs like summer camps, seasonal classes, and year-round courses, we invite people of all ages to remember something ancient and true: we belong to this planet, and we are part of the great web of life.

Our work centers on relationship—with Earth, with one another, and with the more-than-human world. Through immersive, Land-based experiences, we support lasting nature connection. Whether tracking animals, listening to birdsong, or sitting quietly with a tree, we nurture awareness, gratitude, curiosity, and care.

We believe nature connection isn’t something to be taught—it’s a relationship to be lived. Rather than offering answers, we walk alongside students of all ages as they listen to Land, honor all beings, and discover their place in the web of life.

In a time of disconnection, we are here to remember. To walk gently. To act with care. To live in kinship.
